While mineral sunscreens offer your skin great protection, they are a bit notorious for sometimes pilling. Sunscreen pilling is when your sunscreen (and/or other products) start to ball up or flake on your skin. In short, this means your sunscreen isn’t doing its job to protect you from the sun.
Luckily, there are plenty of ways to fix this—simply make sure you give your products a few minutes to fully absorb into your skin between steps, and then your sunscreen should go on smoothly. You can also try simplifying your routine with fewer products, and make sure you’re routinely exfoliating!
Many offices decide to stock the Sun Care Duo to either sell to or provide to their patients. Some offices partner with local pharmacies to provide sun care year round.
