Shipping & Tracking Information
Once you place your order on Rejuvaskin.com, you should receive an order confirmation from us within 24-48 hours (excluding weekend & holidays). Please make sure to use an email that you readily have access to. If you don't see an email, please check your Spam Folder.
Please note: Orders placed during long weekends or on holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Shipping and fulfillment operations are paused on all major U.S. holidays and during extended holiday weekends. This may result in additional processing or delivery time for your order.
Shipping Addresses & P.O. Boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. To help ensure quick fulfillment for you, we will update your carrier accordingly if your selected shipping option is unable to deliver to a P.O. Box.
Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check your order status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@rejuvaskin.com with your name & order number. We want to help resolve this as quickly as possible for you!
Shipping Rates And Estimates
🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping
All U.S. orders over $90 qualify for FREE shipping via USPS First Class. In order to take advantage of free shipping, you should select the free shipping option at checkout.
If you choose to upgrade your shipping service, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that delivery estimates are expressed in normal business days and do not include weekends and holidays.
🌍 International Shipping
We are proud to announce our expansion of Rejûvaskin now in over 80 countries! We offer international shipping to most countries on Rejuvaskin.com (US). Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout. This price does not reflect any import duties and taxes your country may have.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Rejûvaskin is NOT responsible for these charges if they are applied.
