Return Policy For Eczema Clothing & Accessories

At Rejûvaskin, we aim to guarantee your satisfaction with each purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, we are pleased to accept returns under these conditions:

Eligibility For Returns

Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed, and unused condition with all tags attached. For health and safety reasons, clothing articles are shipped in a sealed sanitation bag and cannot be returned if the sanitation bag has been opened and the security seal broken.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

You have 30 days after you receive the return label to send your items back. After 30 days of inactivity the return label will be cancelled and the return request will be closed.

Refunds will only be issued once the items are received.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll notify you about the approval status. If approved, we'll automatically refund to your original payment method.

Rejûvaskin is not responsible for any return shipping charges. It may take up to 5-7 days for the payment to be reflected back into your account depending on the financial institution.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
