Signing Up For A Subscription
Got a product you use on the regular? It’s time to subscribe (and save some $$$) to your favorite Rejûvaskin products!
First, head on over to the product page. You’ll now see an 2 different kinds of “Add-To-Cart” options:
If you’re ready to open a subscription for this product, you’ll hit the Subscribe & Save button. This will open up a drop down menu that allows you to pick the frequency of which you want to receive your Rejûvaskin products.
Your subscription can be spaced out into 3 different intervals:
After choosing the frequency of your subscription, all you have to do is finishing adding to your cart and check out like normal!
Easy peasy!
How Do I Manage My Rejûvaskin Subscriptions?
If you ever want to check in on your next delivery of Rejûvaskin products or change any details about your subscription you can make any and all changes in your Subscription Management Portal.
This portal will feature a preview of the products you have subscriptions to, when you can expect your next shipment & charge, and a cost breakdown (including your savings). You’ll also find a menu that allows you to manage a variety of details, including:
- Change the delivery frequency
- Skip your next refill
- Add a product subscription
- Apply a discount code
- Update your shipping address or payment details
You can find pretty much everything you need in your Subscription Portal. (But if you ever need a little extra help, you can always still contact us at hello@rejuvaskin.com)
Where Can I Find My Subscription Management Portal?
There are two ways to locate your Subscription Management Portal.
Through your email. After you sign up for a subscription, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a direct link to your Subscription Portal. You can always bookmark this link for easy-access later!
Through our website. In the top right corner of our website, you’ll see a little icon of a person, in between an icon of a magnifying glass (the search button) and a shopping cart icon. Clicking on the person icon will take you to your Customer Portal where you’ll be able to view past orders, shipping & billing information, and of course, your Subscription Management Portal.
